✨✨✨ The marvellous, generous ArtQuotes site re-emerged during wee-hours sifting through saved treasure. As I chose some current truly resonant words, patted a sandcastle of Yes, I caught a glimpse of how befuddling Mercury-Retroness may be, for more concretely-inclined folk.
‘My kind of back-to-front-flow’, I have named it, for years.
These three weeks of not-direct-ness that come in cyclically, about three times a year.
The inbreath before the next outbreath, so to speak.
I came on in when the deliciously-named Cazimi was under half a degree from being exact. In the middle of Gemini, too. If that’s nonsense to you, here is a pic:
It may now be simply illustrated nonsense, but visual-comprehension osmosis might prevail, too. It’s possible.
When Retro Mercury meets the Sun. It’s a Thing; ‘the inferior conjuction’ - (no value judgement there) - in astrology, - and in my Life. Someone said to me: “It’s as if you are Mercury retro incarnate”. I took that on as a job-description of sorts, + have been flowing + mediating with it ever since.
Today I bring you flavours of this Thing: a multi-dimensional mosaic of essence of it. Glimpses, nods, senses, Airs, Graces + snippets.
For more concrete clues as to the whatness of the time, the splendid astrologers, linked below, have plenty to say.
We’re just at the start of this retro-time, so it’s entirely likely that I will pat more glistening grains onto the demonstrative sandcastle, in the coming weeks, in new posts/newletters.
